Founded in 1996, we are still a family-run company with outstanding expertise in the field of metal processing. Our core competencies include stamping and forming technology, sheet metal processing, machining and welding technology.
We develop and produce individual solutions for state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, from prototypes to series production tools.
What sets us apart – precision, experience, passion and quality – is evident in every thousandth of a millimeter.

We not only work with precision, but also with foresight. That is why we have been training young people in various commercial and technical professions for many years. We even received special recognition for this from the Koblenz Chamber of Industry and Commerce in 2021.

Our training offers
Construction mechanic m/f/d
As a construction mechanic, you will learn to read technical drawings, produce complex metal constructions, cut, bend and shape metal parts from sheet metal, pipes and profiles, carry out welding and laser work and join the various components together to form assemblies.
Another important part of your work is measuring and checking the manufactured parts to ensure high quality. You will also learn how to use manual welding equipment, welding robots and 2D and 3D laser cutting systems.
This work requires precision, manual dexterity and technical understanding – we will teach you everything else. The training period for this profession is 3.5 years.

Cutting machine operator m/f/d
As a cutting machine operator, you will be responsible for the production of precise metal workpieces, from which, for example, our self-designed and manufactured tools are made. You will operate CNC-controlled machines such as lathes and milling machines, set them up, select the tools and program the processes.
You then monitor the production process, measure the workpieces and correct the settings so that high-quality and dimensionally accurate parts are produced.
For this job, you need a precise way of working, technical understanding and manual skills – we will teach you everything else. The training period for this profession is 3.5 years.

Industrial mechanic m/f/d
As an industrial mechanic, you will assemble, maintain and repair machines and systems. Your tasks will include maintaining production systems, replacing defective components, lubricating and programming and controlling machines. You will also learn how to use CNC machines to manufacture individual spare parts or missing components.
You will read technical drawings, carry out quality checks and optimize production processes. Ultimately, you will make a significant contribution to smooth production and increased efficiency in our company.

Tool mechanic m/f/d
As a tool mechanic, you will manufacture and repair precision tools. You will learn about the properties of different materials and how to program CNC-controlled machines. With the help of lathes, milling, grinding and drilling machines, you will produce individual parts and components and later assemble them into complex tools and devices using technical drawings.
Your training will also include fitting the manufactured tools into the machines, carrying out test runs and checking the first finished products, such as formed parts for container or exhaust systems.
You will also be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of the tools produced.

Technical Product Designer m/f/d
As a technical product designer, you will design and construct components using CAD (computer-aided design) software. Based on technical specifications, you will develop detailed 2D and 3D models, take into account aspects such as functionality, safety and cost-effectiveness, create technical drawings and generate parts lists that serve as the basis for production and the manufacture of our own tools.
You check the feasibility of the designs and take material selection, tolerances and manufacturing processes into account to ensure an optimal end product. You will play a key role in our product development and help us to produce high-quality solutions for our customers.

Industrial clerk m/f/d
As an industrial clerk, you will be responsible for the administration and organization of business processes in our company. You will gain an insight into the numerous commercial facets of all areas of the company, such as purchasing, sales, accounting, human resources, work preparation and logistics.
Your daily tasks will include processing quotations and orders, tracking orders, creating invoices and monitoring incoming and outgoing payments.
You will be familiar with warehousing and ordering materials, as well as maintaining contact with our customers and suppliers.
You will be just as involved in personnel scheduling and work preparation as in other administrative tasks, such as calculating costs and prices or creating reports and statistics. Your diverse range of tasks makes you an important interface between our business processes and production.
For this job you need a precise way of working, a good head for figures and a sense of responsibility – we will teach you everything else.

Dual study program in mechanical engineering m/f/d
The study model at the University of Siegen lasts 7 semesters and combines practical training with an academic Bachelor of Science degree. Parallel to your studies, you will complete an apprenticeship in our company and acquire in-depth knowledge of mechanics, design, materials science and production techniques.
The dual model allows you to apply the theory you have learned directly in practice and gain practical experience with us. As a result, you will develop a deep understanding of the requirements of the industry and can apply your skills in a targeted manner.
During the lecture-free period, you will undergo practical training with us, during which you will gain an insight into the design of our toolmaking department. Among other things, you will learn what is important for the individual tools and devices, how they are manufactured and which process steps are required from the customer inquiry to the finished part.
We also offer you new challenges and varied projects every day, as well as a good chance of being taken on after successfully completing your studies.
